Omni Hilton Head is seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Bartender to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional, friendly service while creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining a clean, professional, and top-quality bar experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Mix drinks for servers according to standard recipes.
Familiarity with the wine list and the stemware and appropriate garnishes used.
Follow procedures as outlined in employee manual and bartenders manual. Jigger pour, making drinks for servers only when rung in on Micros.
Keep bar stocked and clean. Follow sidework sheet.
Monitor inventory.
Ensure the consistency in the presentation and recipes of all cocktails
Be familiar with and enforce all policies related to liquor liability laws.
Be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years bartending experience.
Extensive wine knowledge.
One-year restaurant experience.
Pleasant personality.
Excellent communication skills.
TIPS certification required

The Purchasing and Inventory Attendant is responsible for putting away received goods in proper the place, rotating inventory, requisition fulfillment and deliveries and Assists Purchasing manager in maintaining par levels. The storeroom clerk complete order placement in the computer system and works with internal customers.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for proper storing and issuing of all products in the food, beverage and general storeroom under the guidance of the food and beverage purchasing manager.
Stock and store all merchandise received, using the FIFO rotation (First In, First Out).
Assists in dating groceries when necessary.
Assists the food and beverage purchasing manager in keeping the storeroom properly organized by placing merchandise in its proper place as directed.
Strictly adheres to the operating hours of the storeroom.
Responsible for filling general storeroom requisitions.
Assists in end-of-month inventories.
Ensures all unauthorized persons “off premises”, check requisitions for proper authorization.
Assists manager in the inspection of the refrigeration units and brings to his/her attention any deviation from the set temperatures as well as any deterioration of the quality of products.
Responsible for cleaning the storeroom.
Follows/adheres to Omni Hotels operating procedures and local health regulations.
Notifies manager of “dead stock” items.
Verifies that no requisitions are left open, inform manager of all “shorts” on requisitions.
Follow closing storeroom procedures, including ensuring all cooler doors are closed; all doors are locked, key tags on the outside door and logbook available.
Use of pallet jack and hand dolly.
Computer, printer, telephone, facsimile machine, copy machine, calculator.
Internal customer service, with chefs, F&B managers, and front-line associates.
Assists receiving clerk and shipping & receiving as required

Responsibilities
Inspect the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms and public areas
Assign special projects as directed by the Director of Housekeeping.
Report any needed repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms.
Ensure that all Guest Room Attendants have appropriate supplies and linens.
Assist in the cleaning of guest rooms when necessary.
Assist in processing AM and PM room status reports.
Ensure that the Guest Room Attendant’s linen cart is neat and well organized.
Ensure that linen closets on guest room floors are completely stocked.
Maintain supply cage stock, neat and clean at all times.
Must have all guest rooms punched in via the phone after completion.
Ensure VIP rooms are inspected ASAP.
Ensure check out/vacated rooms are a priority.
Knowledge of hotel, facilities and events.
To ensure hotel, guest and associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment.

Provide a positive selling experience for each customer, acknowledging, interacting with, and building relationships with customers, creating customer loyalty.
