Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas, corridors, service areas, and guest floors

Deliver linens, towels, and housekeeping supplies to room attendants and storage areas as needed

Assist with trash removal, recycling, and general housekeeping support duties

Respond promptly to guest and team member requests in a courteous and professional manner

Support deep cleaning projects and special assignments as directed by leadership

Follow all safety, sanitation, and Omni brand standards to ensure a clean and secure environment
Qualifications

Previous housekeeping, hotel, or janitorial experience preferred but not required

Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift

Strong reliability, teamwork, and time-management skills

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Commitment to providing genuine hospitality and excellent service

Housekeeping Supervisor

Nestled on the stunning shores of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor. In this key role, you will ensure that guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and service landings are impeccably cleaned and maintained, consistently meeting Omni’s prestigious four-star, four-diamond standards. Your leadership will play a vital part in delivering the exceptional quality and comfort our guests expect from a luxury resort.

Responsibilities
Inspect the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms and public areas
Assign special projects as directed by the Director of Housekeeping.
Report any needed repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms.
Ensure that all Guest Room Attendants have appropriate supplies and linens.
Assist in the cleaning of guest rooms when necessary.
Assist in processing AM and PM room status reports.
Ensure that the Guest Room Attendant’s linen cart is neat and well organized.
Ensure that linen closets on guest room floors are completely stocked.
Maintain supply cage stock, neat and clean at all times.
Must have all guest rooms punched in via the phone after completion.
Ensure VIP rooms are inspected ASAP.
Ensure check out/vacated rooms are a priority.
Knowledge of hotel, facilities and events.
To ensure hotel, guest and associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment.

Qualifications:
Ability to maintain 4-Diamond level cleanliness standards
Ability to work with management on special projects
Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency as required
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 75 lbs
Must be able to communicate via radio and phone as needed

Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, high-quality treatments as part of the Spa therapy team, creating a relaxing and balanced experience for every guest. Ensure treatments start and end on time while following all procedures. Keep your treatment room fully stocked and organized, maintaining accurate inventory to prepare for each day. Provide guests with completed prescription forms after every service. Aim to achieve at least 10% in retail sales regularly by confidently sharing product and service benefits. Follow proper product usage to minimize waste and maintain a clean, welcoming environment by promptly setting up rooms and handling laundry.

Qualifications
Valid South Carolina Massage License required

Prior massage therapy experience preferred, but not required

Stay up-to-date with current products and retail trends.
Adheres to all retail policies and procedures.
