Housekeeping Supervisor

Nestled on the stunning shores of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor. In this key role, you will ensure that guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and service landings are impeccably cleaned and maintained, consistently meeting Omni’s prestigious four-star, four-diamond standards. Your leadership will play a vital part in delivering the exceptional quality and comfort our guests expect from a luxury resort.

Responsibilities
Inspect the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms and public areas
Assign special projects as directed by the Director of Housekeeping.
Report any needed repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms.
Ensure that all Guest Room Attendants have appropriate supplies and linens.
Assist in the cleaning of guest rooms when necessary.
Assist in processing AM and PM room status reports.
Ensure that the Guest Room Attendant’s linen cart is neat and well organized.
Ensure that linen closets on guest room floors are completely stocked.
Maintain supply cage stock, neat and clean at all times.
Must have all guest rooms punched in via the phone after completion.
Ensure VIP rooms are inspected ASAP.
Ensure check out/vacated rooms are a priority.
Knowledge of hotel, facilities and events.
To ensure hotel, guest and associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment.

Qualifications:
Ability to maintain 4-Diamond level cleanliness standards
Ability to work with management on special projects
Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency as required
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 75 lbs
Must be able to communicate via radio and phone as needed

Director of Marketing and Community Relations

Key Responsibilities
•Develop and execute marketing campaigns across print, digital, and social channels
•Support leadership in developing marketing plans and business development opportunities
•Oversee branding and design of Company collateral and promotional materials
•Lead public relations efforts, including press releases, award submissions, and event promotions
•Oversee all listing-related marketing including property write-ups, flyers, and print ads
•Manage relationships with outside vendors, such as photographers and media partners
•Shoot video and manage post-production with editor to post online content
•Work directly with and coordinates efforts of Marketing Team Specialist and Listings Marketing Specialist
•Manage distribution of bi-monthly e-newsletters, blog content, and email blasts
•Monitor and report on campaign performance, marketing budget, and ROI
•Coordinate client appreciation programs and community outreach events

•Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills
•Experience in print and digital marketing
•Proficient with social media management and tools (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

•Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal communication skills
•Proficient in Adobe Suite (specifically Adobe InDesign, Photoshop/Lightroom & Premiere Pro), Canva, email marketing, and website content management
