ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Manage bar ordering and maintain inventory levels.
- Conduct inventory according to schedules
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as necessary
- Inspect the bar before opening to ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Request additional supplies as necessary to maintain par levels.
- Follow set-up procedures.
- Prepare garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.
- Greet members and guests.
- Mix, prepare and serve drinks according to the recipes approved by the Lead Bartender.
- Collect checks/payment for drinks served.
- Report complaints to a manager as soon as they occur.
- Maintain and clean bar areas and equipment.
- Maintain records of liquors, beers, wine, tobacco and sundries to ensure par stock is maintained at all times.
- Maintain daily inventory and records indicating drinks in the greatest demand.
- Clean and lock up according to prescribed procedures.
- Attend staff meetings as required.
- All other duties as assigned by senior management.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Six months of bartending experience required.

EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with employees, dining room staff and guests.
- ServSafe Alcohol Training Certificate and License required, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

· Work against clear timelines, content strategy, and production workflows to ensure efficient delivery

· Oversee content development, ensuring a cohesive narrative that reflects brand positioning and resonates with target audiences

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and contributors to manage approvals, revisions, and final production

· Ensure the Vacation Planner functions as a high-impact marketing and conversion tool across distribution channels

Content & Campaign Management

· Oversee the development and execution of content across website, email, and social channels

· Ensure content is current, relevant, and aligned with seasonal campaigns and promotional priorities

· Collaborate with agency partners on campaign execution, messaging, and creative development

· Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and brand standards across all platforms

Digital & Website Oversight

· Support website updates and enhancements to ensure content reflects current campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives

· Work with internal teams and agency partners to improve user experience and support conversion goals

· Ensure accuracy, organization, and functionality across all digital platforms

Process, Reporting & Optimization

· Develop and maintain marketing calendars to align campaigns, content, and deliverables

· Track and report on performance of campaigns and marketing initiatives

· Continuously refining processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and overall effectiveness

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field

· 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, hospitality, or destination marketing preferred

· Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

· Experience working with agencies and external partners

· Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe and Google platforms

Assists manager in the inspection of the refrigeration units and brings to his/her attention any deviation from the set temperatures as well as any deterioration of the quality of products.
Responsible for cleaning the storeroom.
Follows/adheres to Omni Hotels operating procedures and local health regulations.
Notifies manager of “dead stock” items.
Verifies that no requisitions are left open, inform manager of all “shorts” on requisitions.
Follow closing storeroom procedures, including ensuring all cooler doors are closed; all doors are locked, key tags on the outside door and logbook available.
Use of pallet jack and hand dolly.
Computer, printer, telephone, facsimile machine, copy machine, calculator.
Internal customer service, with chefs, F&B managers, and front-line associates.
Assists receiving clerk and shipping & receiving as required

Qualifications:
Must have open availability any day of the week including weekends and holidays.
Ability to use and/or learn to use storeroom equipment including pallet jacks, flatbed carts, etc.
Basic computer skills
