As a Steward, you are an essential part of the culinary team, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment that supports efficient operations and the highest standards of sanitation and service.This role is ideal for a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in teamwork, cleanliness, and contributing to memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, storage rooms, and back-of-house spaces
Assist with trash removal, recycling, and proper waste handling
Support culinary operations by organizing clean equipment and restocking supplies
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Omni brand standards
Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments as directed by leadership
Qualifications
Previous stewarding, dishwashing, or kitchen experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Strong reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
