Fleet Mechanic

MINIMUM APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Must be at least 18 years of age.
•Possess a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), or have the ability to obtain CDL-
Class B Permit within 90 days with assistance from Palmetto Breeze.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:
•Regular and predictable performance of essential job functions.
•Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and diagnose fleet vehicles.
•Perform fleet vehicle inspections, overhauls, major and minor repairs, as well as
monitoring/completing ongoing regular scheduled maintenance on fleet of MCIs,
trolleys, cutaways and vans.
•Ensure fleet vehicles are in safe, working order when placed in service, and free of
mechanical defects.
•Respond to emergency road-calls and troubleshoot in the field.
•Utilize effective time management skills in performing and completing assigned
work orders.
•Adhere to all safety regulations, policies and procedures.
•Maintain a safe work environment and clean work area.

Customer Service Specialist

SUMMARY

The Bartender position will require you to interact one on one with the guests, take their orders, make cocktails utilizing company service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Job duties include; although are not limited to:

Consistently following Food & Beverage sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by venue managers and chefs
Exhibiting proper knowledge, selling techniques and service delivery of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, and any menu items offered while maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the bar
Anticipating the guests’ needs and responding appropriately with a sense of urgency
Cleaning of all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintaining equipment in good working order while following all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, department and County health department.
Working as a team and effectively communicating with management, bartenders and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and/or other Associates.
QUALIFICATIONS

Reservations Agent

SUMMARY

The Reservation Sales Agent's primary responsibility is to capture as many reservations for the resort as possible. The individual would be responsible for educating and speaking with guests about their needs and desires for their visit. The ideal candidate must be well-spoken, self-motivated, sales-minded, customer-focused and detail-oriented with a high degree of computer literacy, with a willingness to learn new processes, and the ability to merge into a dynamic work environment.

Act as a story teller and educator to describe the resort to guests
Work in a high paced environment
Ability to multi-task between phone, computer and conversation with guest with high attention to detail

Spa Concierge

SUMMARY

The Spa Concierge will provide spa guests with exceptional service when checking into or out of the Spa and/or making Spa reservations, in addition to promoting the retail outlets and increasing retail revenues. This role will contribute to the organization as an active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company's goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Major areas of responsibility/ management include, but are not limited to:

Assist in greeting and welcoming guests to the Spa, providing information to any inquiries, help to coordinate all guest requests for services and maintain impeccable cleanliness of the Spa.
Provide services to guests in a timely, courteous and proficient manner.
Assist fellow associates with daily operations to support healthy teamwork and contribute to the success of the Spa.
QUALIFICATIONS

High school or equivalent education required
Minimum 2 -3 years of customer service experience in a hotel or Spa environment
Working knowledge of spa services and products
Possess basic math skills and have the ability to accurately handle billing
Ability to communicate clearly and speak, read, write and understand English eloquently
Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; daily use of nearly all programs will occur

Concierge

SUMMARY

The Concierge is responsible for ensuring a wonderful guest experience through excellent customer service. This position plays an integral role in the guest’s stay as the Concierge is often one of the first individuals that a guest interacts with.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Job duties include; although are not limited to:

Greeting guests with friendly and sincere welcome
Providing information and assistance to guests regarding city and hotel attractions or points of interest
Booking reservations for guests both within the resort and at outside facilities
Properly logging guests requests and performing follow up with guests
Familiarizing oneself with each day’s arrival and group activities
Maintaining communication with Reception and other departments regarding guest activity or special needs as necessary
Ensuring any incoming and outgoing packages are logged and delivered appropriately
Monitoring and scheduling Hotel Driver and booking guest transportation with Hotel’s contracted vendor

QUALIFICATIONS

College degree preferred
Minimum of two years’ experience in an upscale hotel preferred

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven provider to step into a dynamic, growing role. You’ll work autonomously with some overlap with our current providers and the flexibility to create your ideal schedule.

• Administer injectables (Botox, dermal fillers)
