Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards,

handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies
and procedures.
Count money and make bank deposits.
Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality,
service, or accommodations.
Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel to ensure
economical use of food and timely preparation.
Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count
and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant’s
receiving policies and procedures.
Review financial statements, sales or activity reports,
or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to
identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking
delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity.
Monitor budgets and payroll records, and review financial
transactions to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted.
Maintain food and equipment inventories, and keep inventory
records.
Schedule staff hours and assign duties.
Establish standards for personnel performance and customer
service.
Perform some food preparation or service tasks, such as
cooking, clearing tables, and serving food and drinks when necessary.
Plan menus and food utilization, based on anticipated number
of guests, nutritional value, palatability, popularity, and costs.
Keep records required by government agencies regarding
sanitation or food subsidies.
Test cooked food by tasting and smelling it to ensure
palatability and flavor conformity.
Organize and direct worker training programs, resolve
personnel problems, make hiring and termination decisions and evaluate
employee performance.
Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel
Administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for
any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures.
Continually strive to develop staff in all areas of
managerial and professional development.
Order and purchase equipment and supplies.
Review work procedures and operational problems to determine
ways to improve service, performance, or safety.
Assess staffing needs and recruit staff.
Arrange for equipment maintenance and repairs, and
coordinate a variety of services, such as waste removal and pest control.
Record the number, type, and cost of items sold to determine
which items may be unpopular or less profitable.
Review menus and analyze recipes to determine labor and
overhead costs, and assign prices to menu items.
Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offers
suggestions for improvement.
Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests’
needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
Fill-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest
service standards and efficient operations.
Monitor employee and guest activities to ensure liquor
regulations are obeyed.
Schedule use of facilities or catering services for events
such as banquets or receptions, and negotiate details of arrangements with
clients.
Develop, plan, and implement restaurant marketing,
advertising and promotional activities and campaigns.
Estimate food, liquor, wine, and other beverage consumption
to anticipate amounts to be purchased or requisitioned.
Establish and enforce nutritional standards for dining
establishments, based on accepted industry standards.
Take dining reservations.

Minimum Requirements

Be 21 years of age or older
Three or more years of front-of-the-house operations and/or
experience as an assistant manager in the service or food and beverage industry
Able to understand and speak using the predominant
language(s) of guests
Excellent basic mathematical skills and fundamental
accounting principles, including understanding P&Ls
Able to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
Competency in Microsoft Office platform
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
(up to 5 hours)
Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 60
pounds
Stamina and availability to work 55 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include days,
evenings, weekends and holidays
ServSafe certified or contingent within three months from

Director of Engineering

Coordinate and operate, in an economical, legal and safe manner, all Air/Heating, Lighting, Power and Repair & Maintenance for the hotel.
Inspect physical resort and maintenance equipment, and shall supervise maintenance and preventative maintenance program of that area.

Interview, hire, train and counsel engineering associates to the Omni standards.

Veterinary Technician

Animal Shelter Adoption Coordinator

General Maintenance Technician

You will contribute to the success of the Resort supporting the departments who ensure the cleanliness and quality of all the resort rental units. This position is responsible for the overall working order of all the resort rental units within contractual guidelines as defined by the Director of Property Management. This position reports to the General Maintenance Manager.

When interacting with each guest, leave them with a "WOW" story to tell about their experience
Share customer impact stories with your team in meetings and with management.
Maintain all rental units in proper working order as defined by the Property Management Division.
Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work
Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment where applicable.
Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices
Assist in gathering quotes from 3rd party vendors for renovations or repairs.
Estimate repair costs.
Perform repairs to rental property as needed during occupancy of units
Scheduling with tenants to gain access for repair work as needed.
Respond to emergency calls when directed by employer or office staff.
Prioritize work to complete assignments in a timely manner.
Complete daily work record forms and job assignment sheets

Order parts, supplies, and equipment from catalogs and suppliers, or obtain them from storerooms.

Performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools.
Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of
drains, etc.) to provide operable and efficient plumbing capabilities.
Assists in performing scheduled and "as needed" inspection and preventive maintenance on tools and equipment to maintain operability of the tools and equipment.
Attend work unit staff meetings to obtain and disseminate information and participate in discussions on appropriate resolutions to problems.
Replaces / Update or Repair (e.g. smoke alarms, cabinets, shelves, tile, light fixtures, filter systems, etc.) to provide a safe, comfortable environment

Requirements

Must have two years historical work experience in a maintenance related field. Resort environment or private home/villa repairs a plus.
Must be well organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks and meet appropriate deadlines.
Must have some general IT knowledge.
Communicate orally with team members, co-workers, employees, contractors and vendors to obtain and provide useful information.
Work in various adverse conditions such as tight or enclosed spaces, heights, and temperature extremes, indoors or outdoors to complete work assignments.
Learn quickly and retain knowledge in order to acquire additional skills and maintain technical competencies.
