Principal Planner

What You Will Do
- Provide day-to-day project leadership
- Implement Town Council goals and the Town’s Strategic Plan while acting as Project Manager
- Implement Comprehensive Plan and drafts updates; participate in neighborhood planning efforts with the public
- Draft RFP’s, review consultant proposals, prepare contracts, maintain documentation and administer contracts
- Evaluate land development applications and documents; develop trend scenarios for future impacts on transportation systems/facilities
- Write and coordinate implementation of Town policies
- Establish on-going relationships with Town staff, the news media, the general public, and community, state, and national organizations

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Driver’s license
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks, analyze facts, and develop solutions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Field Service Representative

Your role will involve performing inspections, light maintenance, and guest support, all while contributing to a memorable experience and upholding our commitment to exceptional guest care.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
You will help live out our company's Noble Purpose by ensuring that the cleanliness of the resorts home and villas exceed expectations.
When interacting with each guest, leave them with a "WOW" story to tell about their experience.
Share customer impact stories with your team in meetings and with management.
Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals to ensure units are clean and ready, touch-up where needed.
Check units WiFi and TV's are properly functioning.
Conduct departure and vacant inspections.
Report all safety issues and secure all locations for safety.
Communicate unit status and/or issue with management.
Perform light home maintenance (light bulbs, fix door hinges, etc)
Ensure integrity of every rental unit, addressing issues in a timely manner.
Assist with guest needs (WiFi/TV Issues, delivering requested items to unit)
Oversee special projects as requested and/or needed by the Director of Property Management, Housekeeping Manager or General Maintenance Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Senior Golf Course Mechanic

This position is responsible for repair and maintenance of all golf course equipment in a proper and timely manner.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Maintain the maintenance facility, inside and out, in a clean and safe condition for an efficient and safe work environment for mechanics and all staff so as to meet OSHA, DHEC, and Town of Hilton Head Fire Department
Order parts and materials needed to repair equipment in accordance with financial procedures dictated by the Manager, Equipment Maintenance.
Ensure that all reels are sharpened and properly maintained as directed by the Equipment Maintenance Supervisor.
Schedule work load in a priority manner of importance. Priority will be decided with Golf Course Superintendent, along with the Manager of Equipment Maintenance.
Record and document all work performed on equipment in an orderly arrangement so as to be able to file in a filing system.
Be responsible for inventory of parts, tools and materials used within the golf maintenance shop facility.
Maintain gas and fuel tanks.
Ensure that equipment maintenance is provided on weekends and holidays.
Ensure that all safety devices are in place and in operation.
Responsible for small engine repair: flymo and weedeaters.
Work whatever hours are necessary to properly maintain equipment for every-day tasks.

Golf Course Irrigation Technician

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Designs, implements, and maintains mechanical and electrical components of complex irrigation system (Toro).
Repairs equipment associated with irrigation.
Performs preventive maintenance on all equipment associated with irrigation.
Maintains records on all equipment maintenance associated with irrigation.
Maintains inventory of parts needed for irrigation equipment.
Irrigates all grounds as needed.
Performs special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Follows all state and local safety and environmental standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Extensive knowledge of turf, soil, fertilizers, pesticides, golf course equipment and irrigation technology.
Possess strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible schedule and long hours when necessary.
Keen attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
Proven work experience as an irrigation tech.
Knowledge of irrigation and electrical timer systems.
