Transportation Engineering Technician

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist in the preparation of transportation and traffic project design plans and specifications
- Assist in managing maintenance contracts
- Develop maintenance plans for roadways, and traffic signals infrastructure and systems
- Assist with traffic signal maintenance and operations
- Plan, manage, and/or conducts field surveying as necessary for engineering analysis, design, and/or construction layouts
- Prepare technical reports and statistical analyses
- Assists with asset management database of all Town maintained traffic signals, pathways, roadways, and private dirt roads
- Respond to public infrastructure service requests, providing excellent customer service
- Assist in the acquisition of easements, properties, and road rights of way

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years education in Computer Aided Design (CAD), Geographic Information Systems, Construction Technology, Electric Circuitry, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- International Municipal Signal Association Level 1 – Traffic Signal Technician (or ability to obtain within one (1) year)
- May require varied work schedule
- Valid Driver’s License

Insurance and Billing Specialist

The Fraum Center is looking for a Medical Billing Specialist to join our team.

About the Practice

The Fraum Center is the region's leading provider of restorative medicine and proactive wellness are. We provide patients with the treatment and resources they need to reduce pain and get back to living a life they love. Our services range widely to include only holistic approaches to healing and well-being, offering advanced chiropractic, restorative, and aesthetic treatments to get to the root of the issue causing the patients symptoms.

Duties include:
- Insurance verification and pre-authorizations
- EHR filing (Primary and Secondary Claims)
- Analyze accounts payable and receivable, performing necessary follow-up
- Post payments from EOB’s, and make collection calls
- Filing appeals and working denied claims to obtain payment
- Work the A/R report and submit additional information and/or corrected claims as requested
- Monitor various payer websites for guideline updates
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy; while adhering to all HIPPA guidelines/regulations
- Resolve discrepancies in billing information.
- Communicate with insurance companies and other third-party payers to ensure timely payment of claims
- Other administrative duties as necessary

Skills and Qualifications
- Experience directly related to medical billing in a private practice setting
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures a plus
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.

Provisional Building Inspector

What You Will Do

- Conduct inspection of residential construction projects for compliance with all Building, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical Codes
- Interpret codes and regulations and explains permit and compliance conditions
- Document and maintain complete and accurate records of all inspections and any regulatory actions taken
- Confer with and provide information regarding code requirements to developers, engineers, architects, property owners, the public, and other interested parties as required
- Address any complaints or problems from concerned parties, and take appropriate measures to ensure resolution
Investigate complaints regarding unauthorized or non-compliant construction, and issues “stop work orders” as necessary
- Compare “as-builts” of completed development with the approved plans and works with Code Enforcement Officers if the “as-builts” are not in compliance with the approve plans
- Initiate inspection and enforcement of potential LMO violations and provides demonstrative evidence or expert testimony as required

Qualifications

- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year of technical training or construction experience
- Valid Driver's license
- Must acquire State Residential Inspector registration within the State allotted timeframe (12, 24, 36, or 48 months of hire)

Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to quality standards, ensuring efficiency and profitability
Manage kitchen staff and front-of-house team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork.
Oversee inventory management and cost control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
Implement and uphold food safety regulations and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with health codes.
Utilize POS systems for order processing, sales tracking, and reporting.
Plan and coordinate special events.
Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and best practices in food service.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications
