Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities
Engage and connect with guests, creating a welcoming environment and providing exceptional customer service to sports lovers and beginners alike
Build and maintain a strong, in-depth product knowledge to offer personalized recommendations
Ensure a seamless end-to-end guest experience, including handling transactions efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system
Assess guests' needs to provide personalized solutions for purchases and returns
Dynamically support the sales floor, attending to multiple guests and store needs
Assist with restocking, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and tidy sales floor
Ensure accurate product pricing, tagging, and merchandising
Support special events, sales promotions, and monthly inventory counts

Qualifications
Friendly, confident communicator with a positive attitude
Sales-driven with a passion for helping customers
Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience, smooth store operations, and achieve store goals
Able to adapt to and multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
Retail experience is a plus, but personality and enthusiasm are key

Compensation
$18 - $20 hourly
