Operations Support Specialist

Location: Hilton Head Island, SC
This role is the heartbeat of our daily operations — part compliance champion, part volunteer wrangler, part front‑desk hero, and part “whatever‑it‑takes” teammate.What You’ll Do
*Keep our CACFP program running smoothly and in full compliance.
*Support kitchen operations
*Be a welcoming, knowledgeable presence at the front desk.
*Coordinate, train and support classroom volunteers from onboarding to recognition.
*Close the building each evening with care and attention.
*Jump into classrooms when needed to support a positive, nurturing environment.
What You Bring
-2+ years of admin or customer service experience.
-Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
-Comfort with Microsoft Office; ProCare experience is a plus.
-Childcare or volunteer‑management experience is a bonus.
-A calm, friendly presence and a genuine love for helping people.
