Operations Support Specialist

⭐ What You’ll DoKeep our federal food program running smoothly and in full compliance
Serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable presence at the front desk
Coordinate, train, and support classroom volunteers from onboarding through
recognition
Close the building each evening with care and attention to safety
Jump into classrooms when needed to support a positive, nurturing environment
Provide support to leadership team as needed
⭐ Qualifications
2+ years of administrative or customer‑service experience
Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
Comfort with Microsoft Office; ProCare experience is a plus
Experience in childcare or volunteer management is a bonus
A calm, friendly presence and a genuine love for helping people
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
