Maintenance Staff

Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as landscaping, court grooming, plumbing, HVAC repairs, painting and general upkeep. Boat experience would be a plus.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all maintenance activities.
- Support manufacturing operations by maintaining machinery uptime and minimizing downtime through prompt repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing property needs promptly and professionally.

Skills
- Experience with facilities maintenance tasks including irrigation, plumbing, HVAC systems, painting, and general building upkeep.
- Knowledge of manufacturing environments and equipment maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration.
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude toward team members.
