As our Human Resources Coordinator, you'll coordinate onboarding and offboarding, support recruitment activities, administer key HR programs, and help ensure every employee has a positive experience from their first day through every stage of their employment.What You'll Do
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will:
Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
Complete Form I-9 employment eligibility verification and onboarding documentation.
Manage the hiring process for temporary employees, adjunct faculty, and student work-study positions.
Coordinate on-campus interviews and support recruitment efforts.
Administer the College's performance management processes (EPMS and FPMS).
Coordinate Position Description updates and Position Control.
Serve as the primary in-office Human Resources representative.
Coordinate HR events, orientations, and employee engagement activities.
Help improve HR processes through technology and innovation.

Minimum and Additional Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and Human Resources experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Higher education or public sector Human Resources
Ellucian Colleague or other HR information systems
Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and electronic document management
Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus
Salary: $50,000-$60,000
