Computer Technology (CPT) Adjunct

Teaching ResponsibilitiesProvide instruction including hands-on, Zoom and/or online delivery
Classroom management and administrative tasks that may include reports, syllabus and lesson plan development
Assess the accomplishment of students on a regular basis
Maintain records of student attendance, grades, and progress
Instructional Development
Assist in the development of computer technology curriculum as needed
Recommend for approval instructional materials for a course(s).
Work with other areas of the college as needed such as tutoring, retention, etc. to help ensure student success
Professional Development
Attend relevant professional meetings
Represent the College positively in interactions with the community and with professional and academic groups at the local, state, and national levels
Minimum and Additional Requirements:
Master's Degree in Computer Technology or a closely related field and a minimum of 18 graduate hours in database, web development, programming (any of Python, C++, Java, PHP, Mobile Apps Design), networking, operating systems, and/or other computer-related classes are required.
Experience teaching computer-related courses is preferred. Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal skills.
