Care Professional

As a Care Professional with Synergy HomeCare, you will have the opportunity to truly change lives! Each client is unique, but in this role you will be able to use your skills to provide companion care, personal care (assistance with ADLs), meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and medication reminders, with a strong emphasis on communication with clients and the office team. You will be making a difference in your clients' lives on a daily basis. Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
