Expert Beverage Service

Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wines, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistency.
Maintain thorough knowledge of bar menu offerings, wine lists, and current beverage trends.
Ensure compliance with South Carolina alcohol service laws and Club policies.

Member & Guest Engagement

Provide attentive, personalized service.
Anticipate guest needs while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible service standards.

Bar Operations

Maintain inventory of liquors, supplies, and beverages; notify management when replenishment is needed.
Ensure freshness and quality of fruits, juices, and garnishes.
Arrange bar displays to meet predetermined presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area in compliance with Health Code regulations.
Accurately and efficiently enter orders into the POS system.
Support dining room service when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
