Beaufort-Jasper Water & Sewer Authority

Under limited supervision, oversees the planning, design and related construction of BJWSA capital improvement projects, providing direction and technical guidance to project personnel and ensuring adherence to applicable policies, procedures, standards, codes, and regulations. This position establishes project management standards for the Engineering Department, ensures their consistent application, contributes to the development of long-range organizational goals, prepares policy and position papers, and works closely with management and the Board of Directors on strategic initiatives.
