House Parent
The House Parent plays a vital role in fostering a safe, structured, and supportive residential environment for international and domestic boarding students. House Parents are responsible for the supervision, well-being, and development of students living in the boarding homes, ensuring alignment with Heritage Academy’s mission of academic excellence, character development, and community.
There are two types of House Parent roles:
1. Residential (Live-In) House Parent
2. Shift-Based House Parent (12-hour coverage)
