Plumber / Installation Manager

This is a great opportunity with our local and family owned bath remodel business in Bluffton SC. We are looking for an experienced and preferably licensed plumber to help guide crews daily and visit residential customer job sites. We average about 6 jobs weekly and have 3 crews currently. Primarily delivering tub to shower conversions in 2-3 days and full bath remodels in typically one week. We are a Bath Concepts, Bath Planet and Jacuzzi Dealer, but also offer Porcelain shower walls. This role is full time with 3+ weeks of Paid vacation, 4 paid Holidays and includes an equipped van to drive daily. Great communication skills, customer service and in depth plumbing and remodeling knowledge are key to this role. Basic engagement in our warehouse to ensure orders are fulfilled for crews prior to dispatch. Some problem solving skill set and leadership qualities a plus. Owner’s have deep knowledge of construction and over 50 years in Home Improvement. We currently maintain a 5 star rating online and service all of Beaufort County with the majority in Bluffton, Sun City and Hilton Head. Salary is negotiable and targeting range of $80-$100k.
