Marketing Assistant

Missions:

- Plan and Schedule photoshoots for properties. Work with owners on any updates made or new owners onboarding with Island Time
- Answer Reviews
- In Charge of Concierge requests. Assist guests with recommendations for restaurants, in-home services we help provide, activities
- Order Gift Baskets through local vendors
- Make weekly email marketing campaigns
- Work on our website and adding new pages as well as writing descriptions for each property pages
- Update all guests and owners correspondence
- Help plan office events, birthdays, appreciation events
