Interior Designer Furniture Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and furniture sales associate. As part of the Coastal Home team you will be expected to meet and exceed company sales targets, while keeping a working team attitude and a high level of customer service. This position is looking for a self starter who is motivated to develop a strong product knowledge of the indoor and outdoor furniture markets and build a strong clientele. Able to initiate or demonstrate strong personal sales to function independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to solve problems quickly and accurately.
· Knowledge of interior / exterior design a plus
· Since our industry is unique, we prefer the candidate to have prior Outdoor/Indoor furniture sales experience and product knowledge.

Ability to work a flexible hours including Weekends and Holidays. Ability to move furniture and accessories. Re-staging of showroom floor is a must and happens daily. You will be required to complete a 30-day probationary period. We offer paid vacation after 1 year. Health insurance after 90 days. We are an equal opportunity employer.
