Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to play a key leadership role in our dining operations. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations to include event set-up.
- Supervise staff training, development, and performance to foster a motivated and skilled team.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels to reduce waste and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and proper food handling procedures.
- Jonas POS experience a plus.
- Coordinate shift management, staff scheduling, and customer service to guarantee smooth daily operations.
- Lead efforts in budgeting, cost control, and revenue enhancement strategies to meet financial goals.
- Conduct interviewing and hiring processes for new team members to build a strong workforce.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Implement training programs focused on food preparation techniques, culinary skills, and hospitality best practices.

Qualifications
- Solid background in casual and fine dining and banquet experience preferred.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with team management, staff training & development, and interviewing skills.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and inventory control practices within the food industry.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff while maintaining high levels of customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication skills.
