Location: Hilton Head Island, SC
Payroll-Process employee wages, Onboarding new employees in QuickBooks and on the clock. Accounts Payable-Verify, code, and enter invoices. Print and mail checks. Post credit card transactions. Print reports and track payment approval from Treasurer and Manager.
Account Receivable-Generate and distribute invoices for all work orders, Create and complete cash deposits. Collection activities for overdue accounts. Collect and promptly deposit owner HOA fees and other assessments.
Rental Program-Create statement for owners in Stay list. Verify owner payment for rental nights. Forward payments via ACH or check to owners in rental program.
HRA & IRA Programs- On board new employees into system. Process approved reimbursements. Monitor and suggest updates on HR policies and procedures.
General- Works with Resort Manager drafting annual budget with various inputs from BOD. Works with Treasurer to ensure required audit is completed and coordinates
to have taxes prepared.
Requirements- bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Experience in QuickBooks desktop version. Computer literacy including Excel.
